Three individuals, together with two drivers and a cleaner, have been charred to death after a truck and a trailer collided head-on and caught fire in Uttar Pradesh’s Amethi district early on Tuesday, senior police officers mentioned right here. The mishap occurred close to Thauri village on Ayodhya highway beneath Jagdishpur police station at round 1am, they added.
The officers mentioned the deceased included the driving force and cleaner of the truck and the driving force of the trailer. As per them, the cleaner was recognized as Manoj Mishra of Baldi Rai, Sultanpur, whereas the identities of the 2 drivers have been but to be ascertained.
Rakesh Singh, inspector in-charge of Jagdishpur police station, mentioned the collision was so large that the cabins of the truck and the trailer bought mangled trapping each the drivers and the cleaner. He mentioned each the autos caught fire after the collision and people caught inside have been charred to death. Singh mentioned the our bodies have been later pulled out and despatched for a autopsy examination.
