The MP/MLA courtroom in Uttar Pradesh’s Gorakhpur district on Tuesday acquitted BJP Rajya Sabha MP Radha Mohan Das Agarwal in an eight-year-old case of making ruckus and injury to public property.
Agarwal had received bail earlier in the case.

The guard had alleged that Agarwal had tried to enter the college campus for a morning stroll. When he refused to open the gate, the four-time former MLA of the BJP broke the lock and requested his males to beat up the safety guard.
A case was registered towards Agarwal underneath sections 147 (rioting), 323 (voluntarily inflicting damage), 352(assault or felony pressure), 447 (felony trespass) of the Indian Penal Code and related sections of the Prevention of Injury to Public Property Act.
Welcoming the courtroom’s verdict, the BJP chief stated he believed in serving individuals and the decision boosted his morale.
