Four members of a ‘thak thak’ gang — they steal valuables from parked automobiles both by diverting the eye of their supposed sufferer or by breaking the windowpanes with a catapult– have been arrested by Noida police on Tuesday and valuables price over ₹30 lakh, together with 27 laptops, have been recovered from the possession of the suspects.
