A 17-year-old woman was allegedly blackmailed, threatened, and raped by a hospital owner inside his cabin in Better Nodia’s Bisrakh locality on Monday evening, stated police, including that the person has been arrested and booked for rape.
Bisrakh station home officer Anil Rajput stated the survivor, a scholar of sophistication 11, hails from Jharkhand, and lives with her household in Bisrakh locality. The suspect was recognized as Rinku Singh, 27, a resident of Akbarpur Bahrampur in Ghaziabad, who runs the hospital with two companions.
“In her criticism to the police, the woman said that she was present process nurse coaching at a personal hospital in Bisrakh. On Monday, when she was on evening obligation, Singh allegedly known as her to his cabin,” stated Rajput,
”Singh allegedly threatened the woman saying he noticed her with a male pal and would inform her mother and father about them.”
“When the woman requested him to not inform anybody, he allegedly raped her and threatened her with dire penalties if she informed anybody in regards to the assault,” stated Rajput.
However the woman returned house and informed her father about what occurred. Later, the minor, together with her mother and father, reached Bisrakh police station on Tuesday and filed a criticism in opposition to the hospital owner.
The SHO stated, “A case beneath sections 376 (rape) and 506 (felony intimidation) was registered in opposition to the suspect at Bisrakh police station on Tuesday, and he was arrested. Additional investigation is underway.”
