VARANASI: Ballia police nabbed the kingpin of a gang concerned in lifting SUVs following change of hearth in which he suffered bullet accidents in leg in Sukhpura space. Cops recovered a stolen SUV, nation made revolvers and dwell cartridges from his possession.
SP Ballia Raj Karan Nayyar stated that appearing on a tip-off, inspector Sukhpura Parasnath Singh and his staff cordoned Middha culvert on Tuesday night time and began checking autos on Basantpur-Beruabari street. In retaliatory firing by police, he suffered bullet accidents and fell in subject. The police arrested him and and rushed him to the hospital.
Nayyar stated that arrested miscreant was recognized as Santosh Kumar of Vaishali district in Bihar. He confessed involvement of his gang in stealing 4 SUVs in previous and divulged names of his gang members.
