A Maharashtra based mostly fraudster was arrested by UP Particular Job Power (STF) from a Lucknow lodge on Friday evening. The accused was placing up within the Lucknow lodge for the previous few days to evade arrest by Maharashtra police, STF officers stated.
In a press launch issued to substantiate the arrest, the STF officers shared that the accused was recognized as Gujarat resident Madhusudan Rathi. They stated the accused was needed in a fraud case lodged in opposition to him in Thane district of Maharashtra in January.
The STF officers shared that the arrest was made from outdoors a lodge in Vibhav Khand, Gomtinagar and subsequently handed over to the Maharashtra police, who’ve taken the accused to Maharashtra after securing transit remand from the native courtroom.
