Police on Friday arrested a man from an ashram in Hastinapur for allegedly killing a head constable of Delhi Police, superintendent of police (rural) Kamlesh Thakur confirmed.
The accused was recognized as Ganeshanand who cheated folks by claiming to be a practitioner of black magic, police mentioned.
