Discussions are underway to extend the Speedy Rail Transit System (RRTS) venture to Muzaffarnagar in Uttar Pradesh, as soon as the 82km community between Delhi, Ghaziabad and Meerut will get accomplished, officers within the know of the event stated on Thursday.
