A each day wager and a fast-food joint proprietor died as a consequence of electrocution in two separate incidents, underneath the PGI police station space right here on Saturday.
Within the first incident, Lalit Kumar, 30, a labourer, died after the tin shade of his hut got here in contact with a stay electrical energy wire. “The incident occurred round 10pm when Lalit, who initially belongs to Rae Bareli district, was sleeping in his hut,” stated police in its press assertion.
“He used to work in an under-construction constructing as a labourer and was dwelling briefly underneath a tin shade close to Kalindi Park underneath PGI police station space. At night time when he was sleeping, an electrical wire touched the shade as a consequence of which he died,” stated the deceased’s brother Makhanlal.
Within the second incident, a fast-food vendor died whereas fixing a bulb in his makeshift meals stall in the market close to the PGI campus.
In keeping with police, the deceased Vimal Kumar Kushwaha, 42, from Unnao district used to stay along with his spouse and 8-year-old daughter and ran his meals joint.
The members of the family stated that at 10.15 pm on Saturday, he was fixing a bulb in his store when he acquired electrocuted. He was taken to the Trauma Centre at PGI hospital the place he died whereas present process therapy.
