He stated that Khera’s feedback have been punishable underneath the availability of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and his act was condemnable and reprehensible.
“In a democracy, there’s a freedom of expression and of speech, however this doesn’t enable one to mock at some individual or communicate in regards to the household of the individual,” he stated.
Aparna Rajat Kaushik, DCP Central Zone, stated police registered a case underneath IPC 153-A (selling enmity), 500 (defamation), 504 (breach of peace).
